Welcome home baby!

Naomi wanted to help carry Genevieve into the house. She was very excited! It was a beatuiful and warm day, so we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine.
Victoria was at school, so we waited for her to come home before we had Genevieve's welcome home party (a tradition Victoria started when Naomi was born). It was wonderful to have our whole family home and together!

Heading home

James managed to get her to sleep just before we left- she was just over 1 day old and already was a Daddy's girl!

Then we packed her up and went home. Her sisters were excited and waiting for us with Oma and Oma-Oma.

Meeting Granddad

Granddad came by to meet little Genevieve the morning we went home. He would have come earlier, but was out of town.
Catherine, Robert and Samantha had come the night before.

Meeting Grandma and Grandpa

Grandma and Grandpa came up for the afternoon to meet little Genevieve. She cried and screamed the whole time they were there..... I tried to take pictures during the few seconds she calmed down.

Our Angel

Our little Angel. We were just thrilled that she was here.

Our new baby!

These were taken just after Genevieve was born. I was sooo tired! It was very early in the morning. Isn't she cute!!

Meeting Oma and Oma-Oma

Just after meeting her sisters Genevieve met her Oma and her Oma-Oma. It was love at first sight!!

Proud Sisters

On April 26th at 11:40pm (about 20 minutes after we got to the hospital!!), Genevieve Nellie Hall was born. She was 9 lbs, 3oz. No wonder I was so uncomfortable!
The next morning her sisters were there to welcome her to our family. They were all so excited and proud to meet their new baby sister. Even Olivia was excited!
Victoria wanted to take Genevieve home right then and there, and Naomi did not want to put her down. It was wonderful.
She is just beautiful. Here is our family! Our four beautiful girls.

Too big!!!

These pictures were taken about 3 days before the baby was born. I was soooooo uncomfortable.
Victoria decided to pretend to be pregnant too and she put a balloon under her shirt. She looks just like me! Man- I was HUGE!
