The Stampede

Yes, I am crazy! I took my kids to the Stampede this year- thank goodness my Mom came along to help; what a zoo! (I have not been since Victoria was inutero). We visited the agriculture building and saw the miniature horses (did you know they have miniature horse jumping ??!! Well, they do and we watched it!). We also saw goats, Llamas, Alpacas, many varieties of horses, cows, pigs and even chickens! The kids loved it (and I loved it because it was free). We went to go on some kiddy rides, but at $4-$5 per ride per kid we opted for some ice cream and MINI DONUTS!! There is a Stampede staple!

Victoria loved to see all the games and midway rides (almost as much as she enjoyed all the treats!) and thought milking the pretend cow was great! Naomi just sat back and took it all in. Olivia, of course, wanted to get out of the stroller and climb on everything! We finally found a play tunnel and she went back and forth through that over and over again!

Yes, you are crazy! Love the milking cow, that is very cool. Did you know I worked at "Those Little Donuts" when I was 14? Yup!
